PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND HEALTH Seton’s Physical Education curriculum encourages our students to take responsibility for their health and well being. A variety of exercising is performed daily to motivate our students to establish this ritual on a regular basis throughout their lives. Classes meet everyday for one semester. In addition to physical activities, we instruct our students on the benefits of staying fit: that exercise can help one to lose weight, reduce stress and tension, tone muscles, strengthen bones and joints, help prevent Coronary Artery Disease, High Blood Pressure and Diabetes and even help to provide for a better night’s sleep.
