Seton encourages students to visit a variety of colleges and universities during their junior and senior years.  During the first semester many college representatives come to Seton to meet with prospective students. Throughout the school year juniors and seniors are permitted to visit college campuses during the school day. Students are encouraged to use the resource room to also help aid in their college search.  For more college information please talk with your  counselor.

College Visit Policy

Juniors and Seniors - are permitted 2 days for college visits.  In order to be permitted a college visit,  you must first secure a form from the college counselor.  Forms must be completed and turned in one week prior to the date of the proposed visit. The form must be turned into the main office as soon as it is signed by your parent. Your parent must call school on your day of the college visit to confirm your absence.  College visits during May are permitted only by special approval from the college counselor's.  Take advantage of Seton's built-in days for college visits (see your counselor or bulletins for these dates).

Built-in College Visit Days

Built-in College Visit days are days when Seton is not in school; however, colleges & universities are still in session. Such days would include teacher inservice days, parent conferences, etc.  During these days students are encouraged to visit a college and/or university.
