Showcase Your Artistic Side!
Whether you are a master painter, expert sculptor or are just starting to explore your interest in art, the Art Club is for you!
Students participate in a variety of art-related activities both in school and around the Price Hill community. During the 2010-2011 school year, students painted wooden turkeys for the Price Hill Thanksgiving Day parade, participated in the Price Hill holiday window painting contest, decorated a Christmas tree for the Celebritrees auction and painted murals throughout the school.
In March, the club celebrates Art Week for Youth Art Month. The week includes art-focused after school activities during each day of art week.
Students put their creativity to the test with the bi-annual Junk Fashion show in December and May. Each student is challenged to make an outfit from unusual materials. Last year, they created clothes from Skyline bags, bubble wrap, balloons and much more!
