Plan Your Next Class Reunion!
 
Hosting a class reunion?  Great!  Begin by contacting Seton High School Alumnae Coordinator Ceil Lundy at (513) 471-2600 ext. 210 or at lundyc@setoncincinnati.org to start the process.
 
If you wish to use the school's facilities, let Ceil know when you call.  We will ask you to choose several tentative dates to do our best to accommodate your schedule in conjunction with the school calendar.
 
The Alumnae Office will provide a current class list and mailing labels.  It is best to request the class list before you begin planning in order to find your missing grads and update the list.  Please report all updates to the Alumnae Office before requesting labels.
 
Host Your Reunion at Seton
When using Seton's facilities, there will be a fee of $25 per hour and a $25 clean-up fee.  You are responsible for ordering your own food and refreshments.  You must have someone present to accept deliveries on the day of your reunion.
 
Security is optional and the responsibility of the reunion class.  Seton can assist you in obtaining security if you wish.
 
What Should You Charge?
When determining the amount to charge for your reunion, include the cost of invitations, mailings, the cost of the facilities and clean-up as well as security if you choose to have it.
 
Consider choosing a member of your Reunion Committee to be responsible for taking reservations and money.  Please do not have any money sent to Seton.  This makes accounting as seamless as possible for you.

Making a Gift to Seton
Many classes choose to give a donation back to Seton in honor of their class.  If your class would like to contribute, your gift will help provide tuition assistance and scholarships to help more girls become part of the Seton legacy.
