Cindy BusseCertified athletic trainer Cindy Busse is a 2005 graduate of the University of Cincinnati. At UC, she helped provide clinical support to the Bearcat football team, traveling to games in Hawaii and the New Orleans Bowl. She has served as athletic trainer for both Seton and Northwest High School athletes.

Dr. Steve DaileyAs a primary care specialist on the Wellington team, Dr. Dailey manages both medical and musculoskeletal issues that can impact full recovery from a sports injury. He is board certified in emergency medicine and completed fellowship training in primary care sports medicine, earning a CAQ in sports medicine. Dr. Dailey received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. An Academic All-American in football at Miami University, he now services as the school's Director of Sports Medicine.
