Today is a 3-bell day.   Juniors, sophomores and freshmen will be doing test prep and seniors will be attending a Dress for Success assembly.

Congratulations to the Varsity Bowling team. They came in 5th place at Sectionals and will being bowling in Districts on Wednesday.

The team broke a school record school record in the Baker Games scoring a 286 with a 300 being the highest score.

Everyone say a little prayer today for Maddy Hensler. She swims in the 100 back prelim and she must qualify to swim in the championship on Saturday.

Good luck to the Gymnasts Emma Klawitter, Caroline Klug, and Jenna Sullivan. They will be competing in Districts this weekend.

Congratulations to the Steel Drum Band on a great concert last night!!

Please wish Sammy Reigler luck as she participates in the Poetry Out Loud regional competition tonight. All are welcome to cheer her on - the competition is from 5-7 PM at Elementz in downtown Cincinnati. 

Plan now to attend the Talent Show next Thursday evening.  The show starts at 7:00; tickets are $5 and it is a charity event!

Remember that you can still bring your baked goods for the cake booth to Seton from 9;00 – 10:00 tomorrow morning or on Sunday before 1:00.  Mom’s and Dad’s would would like to reward you for your effort.  For every cake, 2 dozen brownies, and/or 2 dozen cookies your name will be put in a drawing for $50 gift card. 

See you at Celebrate Seton on Sunday!

Today's Lenten challenge is to say grace before lunch.  Get your whole table involved.

Today is a 4-bell day.   

Good luck to the bowling team who will be playing in the sectional tournament beginning at 9:00 this morning!

Thanks to everyone for your participation in Alexis Gerke’s collection for the Yellow Ribbon collection.  Over 5,000 items were collected for the troops!  In first place, with 2,179 items—O’Connell.  Followed by Segale, which brought in 1,229 items.  Cedar was in third place with 991 items and Emmits in fourth place with 390 items.  After points were awarded, house standings are as follows:  O’Connell—83 points; Segale—75 points; Cedar—59 points and Emmits—53 points.

There will be a French Club meeting tomorrow morning at 7:20 in room 215. All are welcome.  You don't need to take French to come.

Next week’s talent show (on Thursday, March 1) is a charity event!  Cost is $5.  Your senior house captain will send you more information!

Dr. Brookbank’s and Mr. Kohler’s classes should report to study hall today.

This is a reminder to make sure we are not opening doors for people or propping doors to our building.  For safety reasons we need all visitors to come to the main entrance during the school day so that they can be buzzed in. 

Congratulations to Bella Mazza for her acceptance into the University of Kentucky Blue Program!  This is UK’s accelerated law program and it is very selective.  To be admitted, Bella had to apply as well as interview for a spot in the program.  Congrats Bella.  We are so proud of you!

Today is a 3-bell day.   You have two half hour assembly locations for your Lenten Activities today.  Please refer to the email from Ms. Agricola.

Please make sure that all the supplies for the military care packages are put in the house bins outside the cafeteria by the end of mentor group!

There will be a French Club meeting Friday morning at 7:20 in room 215. All are welcome.  You don't need to take French to come.

Tomorrow is the last day to turn in supplies for the military care packages supply drive.

There will be a Campus Ministry meeting immediately after school today in room 133. All are welcome to attend.
