Prom Permission

Date: Friday, May 3

Time: 8:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Location: Lawrenceburg Event Center

The Junior-Senior Prom is for Seton students in grades 11 and 12.  Tickets are $50 for a Seton Student and $65 if she chooses to bring a male guest.  All students must arrive by 8:30 p.m. and are required to stay until the dance is over, which is 10:30 p.m.  This form below must be completed and submitted along with payment by Noon on Tuesday, April 30, in order for students to attend the dance.

--A Seton student may bring a male guest if she chooses. The guest may be in high school and/or not older than 20 years of age. This guest must conduct himself within the guidelines of the Seton High School student code of conduct. Please complete the appropriate section below if choosing to bring a guest.

--If a student and/or their guest plans on arriving later than 8:30 or leaving earlier than 10:30, a note from a parent/guardian stating specific times and the reason must be turned in at the time of the ticket purchase.

--All students must be in school from 8:00 a.m. - 11:21 a.m. on May 3rd unless given permission by the Administration. Students may use their free day if they have earned one from the walk (with 48 hours notice to the office and signed and completed paperwork)

Permission form and payment are due by Noon on Tuesday, April 30.
